Refund & Exchange Policy – Little Angel

Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal-use products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once items have been opened or used.

Exchanges are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or incorrect. Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photo evidence.

Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is an error from our side.

Little Angel is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products. Customers are advised to test products on a small area before full use.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a specified timeframe after review.
